including Inventory management, Invoicing, Reporting tool, Cash management, ledger management,
Sale/Purchase and so on to serve as complete milk business management app ("Service" or "Services").
The
User may use the Services for his/her personal and business use or for internal business purpose in
the
organization that he/she represents. The User may download the application from the Official
website/
Google Play Store using the Internet.. ( Side Note: CowBills tries best to make Businesses compliant
to
taxation and other laws as much as possible. But, it is solely the User’s responsibility to
see
that he/she remains compliant with GST and other laws levied by Government. CowBills is not in any
case
responsible for the violation of the compliance caused by software).
CowBills reserves all
rights
to increase or reduce this grace period
Business Data and Privacy
The User alone is responsible
for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her username, password and other sensitive information.
He/She is responsible for all activities that occur in his/her user account and he/she agrees to inform
us immediately of any unauthorized use of their user account by email to cowbills.info@gmail.com. We are
not responsible for any loss or damage to his/her or to any third party incurred as a result of any
unauthorized access and/or use of his/her user account, or otherwise. We are neither responsible for any
kind of data loss as performing necessary backups on data is solely the User’s responsibility.
CowBills is not responsible for any kind of data discrepancy or any type of loss occured due to data
discrepancy/software issue.
Data Ownership
The User owns the content
created or stored by his/her as we respect his/her right to ownership of content created or stored by
them. The Users use of the Services does grant CowBills the license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify,
publish or distribute the content created by them or stored in the user’s account for CowBills
internal purpose. CowBills tries keeping Users data safe but holds zero responsibility in case of data
leaks

for credit profile enrichment.

your account is no longer active, or as per legal requirements, we responsibly delete your personal
data, barring any requirements for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or other critical business needs.
Your events data is stored for three years, account details are stored forever unless the user requests
for deletion of data or account, usage logs are maintained for three months, while transactional logs
are maintained for six months. Users can request deletion here.

Approval of Alerts, Messages and Promotional campaign
• In addition to the
General Conditions of CowBills service a User agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
(i) The User agrees to receive promotional, transactional and commercial communications from
CowBills through calls, email, SMS or push notifications. (ii) Under certain conditions,
promotional
messages are transmitted to the users and that CowBills shall not bear any further obligation in
respect of such promotional messages.
Refund, Cancellation, and Renewal Policies:
This Cancellation and
Refund
Policy shall apply to any cancellation of subscription of the CowBills Products and applicable
refunds.
CowBills shall not entertain any refund requests if cancellation of subscription is in violation of
this policy or its Terms of Service or if CowBills terminates the User account for violation of its
Terms of Service.
This Cancellation and Refund Policy is a part of and is to be read
along
with the “Terms of Service”. Capitalized terms used in this policy but not defined shall
have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms of Service.
A User may cancel their
subscription at any time if they are not satisfied with the product or service. However, CowBills
will
be liable to refund the subscription consideration only during the “Refund Period”, as
mentioned below: (a) where the initial purchase of the subscription has been assisted by an
authorised CowBills sales agent, within 7 days from the Account Setup appointment; (b) where
the
initial purchase of the subscription is made either directly by the User or through any sales
channel
other than as mentioned in (a) above, within 7 days from the date of purchase of the subscription
(as
mentioned on the invoice)
For the avoidance of doubt:
1. A User can only
avail
refund once and for an amount no more than the total subscription consideration paid to CowBills;
2. Refunds are not applicable for subscription renewals;
All requests for
cancellation
of subscription and refund should be raised only via the customer support helpline provided by
CowBills.
Cancellation and refund requests raised through any other mode of communication will not be
considered for refund.
CowBills has arrangements with banks, affiliates, payment
gateways,
payment aggregators and other financial service providers for processing refunds (“Service
Providers”). CowBills endeavors to ensure that eligible refunds are processed within 20
working
days of your request for cancellation of subscription. However, this timeline is indicative and
processing of refunds is subject to the time taken by the Service Providers. The User shall provide
such
information as may be required to facilitate refunds including but not limited to bank account
details,
bank branch details, UPI addresses, IFSC codes etc. CowBills is also entitled to deduct any fees,
bank
charges, or other expenses incurred by CowBills for processing the refund.
Not with standing
anything contained in this policy, this Cancellation and Refund Policy shall not apply to the Users,
who
register and purchase subscription of CowBills Products (A) using the referral code/referral link of
existing CowBills Users; or (B) by availing no-cost EMI payment solutions by third parties.
Accordingly, such Users shall not be eligible for any refund from CowBills.
